Reservations are being taken for a landmark 54-acre mixed use community - Savannah River Landing - the first major extension of downtown Savannah in 150 years, bringing two hotels, luxury riverfront estates, condominiums, lofts, Savannah townhomes, luxury retail, dining and Class A office space to the city.
The project will include 11 mid-rise buildings with 350,000 total square feet of office and retail space, condos and lofts above street-level shops and restaurants, a luxury hotel and a boutique hotel. Approximately 850 residential units with about 1.6 million square feet of residential space will bring a wide range of intown living options to the city.Savannah River Landing has been designed to complement the style downtown Savannah. The development expands the Savannah riverfront and river walk by nearly 2,000 feet, part of which will be funded by an $8 million investment from the state of Georgia. A riverfront plaza, public squares and street-level retail will help integrate the new construction with the existing historic downtown.
